TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/25/15 -- Stratton Capital Corp. (NEX: SNK.P) ("Stratton") is providing an update on its proposed qualifying transaction with Pro Gaming League Inc. ("PGL"). Further to Stratton's press release on April 2, 2015, PGL and Euro Pacific Canada Inc. have mutually agreed to terminate the engagement letter entered into between the parties.
PGL has entered into an engagement letter with Dundee Securities Limited ("Dundee"), under which Dundee and a syndicate of agents, including PowerOne Capital Markets Limited ("PowerOne"), have been engaged to raise up to $5 million in gross proceeds through the sale of equity securities of PGL on a private placement basis (the "Private Placement"). The terms and pricing of the Private Placement have not yet been determined.
