AUSTIN, TX -- (Marketwired) -- 06/02/15 -- The Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce (GAACC) honored leaders in business and service organizations at Ovation, its annual awards banquet on May 29, 2015. Ovation is Austin's premiere social and business networking event of the year for the Asian community, and the GAACC's key fundraising effort.

Ovation, presented by LD&C, took place at the Hyatt Regency Austin and included a red carpet arrival, cocktail reception, awards banquet, live entertainment, and after party. Guests were welcomed by a Korean youth Taiko drum group and emcees Elizabeth Dinh, Dallas TV reporter and Danny Cho, Korean comic. "The Three Painters" entertained attendees with an energetic music and speed painting performance, and the paintings were auctioned. The after party included international live video chat stations with business leaders in India, Hong Kong, and Malaysia, aerialists performing on a ribbon trapeze, cocktails, and music. The gala was professional produced by Liv by Design, a local event planning firm. Over 550 attended the sold out gala.
