OTTAWA, CANADA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/06/15 -- Enablence Technologies Inc. ("Enablence" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: ENA), a leading supplier of optical components and subsystems for access, metro and long-haul markets, today announced the closing of the second tranche of the non-brokered private placement (the "Financing") in the amount of $550,000, at a price of $0.05 per unit ("Unit"). Each Unit will be comprised of one common share and one half of one common share purchase warrant ("Warrants"). Each Warrant is exercisable for a period of 18 months at an exercise price of $0.06 per Warrant. As a result, 11,000,000 shares and 5,500,000 Warrants were issued. The shares and Warrants are subject to a four month hold period expiring on November 7, 2015.
The final tranche of this private placement is expected to close later in July 2015. The proceeds from the Financing are to be used by the Company for general working capital purposes.
