LYNNFIELD, MA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/14/15 -- In the news release, "American Power Group Corporation Reports Third Quarter Fiscal 2015 Results" issued earlier today by American Power Group Corporation (OTCQB: APGI), we are advised by the company that the first sentence of the 13th paragraph, instead of recording a non-cash expense of $276,000, a $454,000 non-cash expense was recorded. Likewise, in the first sentence of the 15th paragraph, the net loss for the three months ended June 30, 2015 was $1,597,000, as opposed to $1,419,000. In the first sentence of the 23rd paragraph, the non-cash expense recorded for the nine months ended June 30, 2015 was $454,000, not $276,000 as previously stated.
