Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - August 20, 2015) - Canuc Resources Corporation (TSXV: CDA) ("Canuc" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that all matters presented for approval at Canuc's annual meeting of shareholders held on August 17, 2015 have been duly authorized and approved as follows:
(i) | Election of all management nominees to the board of directors of the Company; | |
(ii) | Appointment of S&W LLP as auditors of the Company for the ensuing year and authorization of the directors to fix their remuneration; | |
(iii) | Resolution to reapprove the stock option plan; | |
(iv) | Approval of a share consolidation of all fully paid and issued common shares on a basis of one (1) new common share for ten (10) old common shares or such other consolidation ratio as the board of directors and management of the Company may deem appropriate; and | |
(v) | Approval of the Company's advance notice by-law. | |
