(NYSE MKT: YUMA) (NYSE MKT: YUMA-PA) (the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a monthly cash dividend payment on the Company's 9.25% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (the "Series A Preferred Stock").
The monthly dividend on the Series A Preferred Stock is payable on October 1, 2015, to holders of record at the close of business on September 17, 2015.
The monthly dividend payment on the Series A Preferred Stock will be $0.19270833 per share, which is equivalent to an annualized 9.25% per share, based on the $25.00 per share stated liquidation preference, accruing from September 1, 2015, through September 30, 2015. The Series A Preferred Stock is listed on the NYSE MKT and trades under the ticker symbol "YUMA-PA."
