PHILADELPHIA, PA--(Marketwired - September 17, 2015) - TCS Management announced today that it has acquired the assets of Ft. Washington based Atlas Management, and that TCS is now the leading provider of scattered site rental management services in the Philadelphia area.
According to TCS founder and CEO Benjamin Oller, TCS was created two years ago to service the management and leasing needs of investor owners of condominiums and single family homes. "We created a platform that allows residential investors to reap all the economic benefit of ownership, while we lease, collect rents and maintain their properties, while providing our clients full on-line transparency," Oller said. With the Atlas acquisition, TCS now manages about one thousand investor owned condominiums and homes in the Philadelphia area.

Oller is not a newcomer to the Philadelphia real estate scene. In 2007 he formed The Condo Shop, a Philadelphia real estate brokerage with four center city offices, that specializes in residential sales and leasing.
