BRUSSELS (dpa-AFX) - The International Monetary Fund downgraded the economic outlook for Ukraine. The lender also reportedly urged authorities to adhere to the terms of bailout and resolve budget issues.
IMF mission chief for Ukraine, Nikolay Gueorguiev said Saturday the economy is forecast to contract 11 percent this year.
Gueorguiev expects the economy to return to growth next year. It is forecast to expand 2 percent next year.
