VIENNA (dpa-AFX) - Dragerwerk (DRWKF.PK) reported that its preliminary fiscal 2015 net sales increased to 2.61 billion euros from 2.43 billion euros, last year. The company expects EBIT of approximately 67 million euros compared to 179 million euros, prior year.
In the fourth quarter, net sales increased to 825 million euros from 770 million euros, prior year. In the fourth quarter, EBIT fell by around 32 percent to approximately 66 million euros from 97 million euros.
Looking forward, the company said it expects subdued net sales development in the first quarter of 2016. Drager has decided to adjust its dividend policy and retain the generated earnings to the greatest extent. The company will propose a dividend of 0.13 euros per common share.
