BEIJING (dpa-AFX) - It's good to be rich. And it's good to be young. Those are basically the central tenants of American culture. Of course, what it means to be rich and what it means to be young are both constantly changing concepts. 40 is the new 30 and $10 billion might as well be the new $1 billion.
Which brings us to the richest, youngest people in the world.
According to Forbes real-time billionaire rankings, there are only 7 people in the world who are both under 50 and have a net worth of more than $10 billion. A few are exactly the people you'd expect (including #1 on the list, who is both the youngest and richest of the group). But there's also a few that you probably have never heard of.
