("Gaming Nation" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: FAN), announced today that it no longer intends to commence a normal course issuer bid as previously announced on January 5, 2016. Management has decided to allocate working capital for other business purposes. The Company had originally intended on making a normal course issuer bid to purchase up to 3,035,582 common shares of the issued and outstanding common shares of Gaming Nation.
