CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 03/21/16 -- Jura Energy Corporation (TSX: JEC) ("Jura" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that the disinterested shareholders of the Corporation have approved the consideration payable by Jura's wholly-owned subsidiary, Spud Energy Limited, to JS Bank Limited, a related party of Jura, in connection with the second phase of a secured long term syndicated financing arrangement, as previously disclosed in Jura's press release dated February 16, 2016 ("Phase-II"), at the special meeting of shareholders held on March 21, 2016.
The Corporation will now proceed with preparing the loan documentation in connection with Phase-II.
