CCIM Utah is a professional organization for commercial real estate practitioners, which hosts their annual Excellence Awards to recognize and honor Utah's top professionals within the commercial real estate industry.
For the fifth year in a row, Kip Paul, executive director of investment sales, was honored as Utah's 2015 Top Investment Broker of the Year. In addition, for the third year in a row, Paul was honored with the 2015 Top Commercial Real Estate Sales Transaction of the Year award. The recognized sale was for the 225,000 square foot Wasatch Corporate Center in Draper, of which Paul represented both the seller and buyer.
Frank Matheson and Jeff Rossi, who are executive directors in the tenant advisory group, were both honored with the 2015 Top Commercial Real Estate Lease Transaction of the Year award. The two represented Ancestry.com in their 200,306 square foot new headquarters in Lehi.
