MAINTAL (dpa-AFX) - Drillisch AG (DRHKF.PK) reported that its first-quarter EBITDA decreased to 24.0 million euros from 26.9 million euros, a year ago. The company said the slight decline includes expenditures from the operation of Offline segment.
First-quarter sales improved 74.8% year-over-year to 173.4 million euros. Service revenue were up 30.6% to 124.6 million euros.
Drillisch AG confirmed the EBITDA forecast for fiscal 2016 of between 115 million and 120 million euros. The company expects a further increase in the EBITDA by about 40% to between 160 million and 170 million euros for fiscal 2017.
Drillisch announced its Management and Supervisory Boards have submitted a dividend proposal for 2015 of 1.75 euros to the Annual General Meeting.
