Shareholders voted to appoint KPMG LLP as the Company's auditor, and authorized the directors to fix their remuneration. The Company received a shareholder proposal for the election of Mr. Lorenzo D'Alesio as nominee for director which was defeated 5.76% of votes for and 94.24% votes withheld.
