WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc. (HAWK) announced a profit for second quarter that dropped compared to the same period last year.
The company said its bottom line fell to $21.0 million, or $0.37 per share. This was lower than $24.3 million, or $0.43 per share, in last year's second quarter.
The company said revenue for the quarter rose 9.9% to $183.7 million. This was up from $167.2 million last year.
