In the period from 15 August 2017 until 21 August 2017 Van Lanschot Kempen has repurchased 18,780 of its own shares. The shares were repurchased at an average price of €26.59 per share for a total amount of €499,451.
These repurchases are part of the share buy-back programme for at most 150,000 of own shares, which was announced on 7 June 2017. The total number of shares repurchased to date is 84,130.
