(TSXV: ZKL) (the "Company"), announced today that the filing of its annual financial statements, management's discussion and analysis, and the related officer certifications for the financial year ended April 30, 2017 (collectively, the "Annual Filings") has been delayed beyond the filing deadline of August 28, 2017. Due to the location of the Company's business operations in China and the change in the Company's auditors from MNP LLP to Kreston GTA LLP in June of this year, the Company's audit remains ongoing at this time. The Company intends to cooperate with the auditors and hopes to file the Annual Filings as soon as possible.
The Company intends to follow the provisions of the Alternative Information Guidelines as set out in National Policy 12-203-Management Cease Trade Orders, for as long as the Company remains in default, including the issuance of further by-weekly default status reports, each of which will be issued in the form of a press release. A general cease trade order may be issued as a result of the Company's default status.
