FORT PIERCE, FL / ACCESSWIRE / September 12, 2017 / Twin Vee PowerCats, Inc. (OTC PINK: TVPC) announced today the financial results for its fiscal second quarter ending on June 30, 2017. The Company posted a 60% increase in revenue compared to the same quarter last year. Joseph Visconti, CEO of Twin Vee PowerCats, Inc., attributes this increase to the high demand of Twin Vee's OceanCat line of boats and the new Twin Vee that he, his employees, and authorized dealers are building together.
According to Visconti, power catamarans are a growing segment of the marketplace because of their stable ride, fuel efficiency, performance, and the spacious fishing platform they offer. This increasing interest in power catamarans can be seen in the production line at Twin Vee's manufacturing plant in Fort Pierce, Florida. 'We currently have the largest backlog of new orders the Company has ever achieved. More and more people are hearing about our twin hull boats and are impressed when they learn of the advantages our power cats provide. We have our dealership network to thank for that.'
There are currently fourteen authorized dealers that sell Twin Vee products and provide services, like warranty repairs, around the country. According to Visconti, Twin Vee has authorized dealers in several counties in Florida as well as Alabama, Louisiana, Massachusetts, and North Carolina. A list of most of the authorized dealers for Twin Vee dealers can be found below. 'All of our authorized dealers boast the same qualities we cherish: belief in the remarkable nature of our products, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and foster courteous and responsive customer relationships.'
In addition to the expansion of its dealer base, Twin Vee is also expanding its product line and investing in new tools to speed up the development and manufacturing of future products. The Company recently revealed its 'Go Fish' or 'GF' class of boats for the 2018 model year. 'This new product line is aimed at a larger consumer base by providing this best in class boat, with the greatest value, without sacrificing the quality Twin Vee is known for,' states Visconti. The new 'Go Fish' class of boats will available in 22, 26, 31 and 36-foot lengths.
This summer, Twin Vee purchased an industrial grade 35-foot overhead five-axis computer numerical control ('CNC') router. Twin Vee utilizes the CNC router to manufacture high quality plugs and molds to help bring new boats to market by in less time and with less cost to the Company. The CNC machine is currently milling several new boats, including the 230 center console and the 230 dual-console Italia.

'The new 230 model line will be first-of-its-kind versatile crossover watercrafts that will be ideal for water recreation, pleasure boating, fishing, and much more. We will have additional information about our new 230 model line to share in the near future,' says Visconti.

While pleased with Twin Vee's performance in the second quarter of this year, the strides it is making to redefine itself with new products, and its growing list of dealers, Visconti believes it is only the beginning. 'It is an exciting time for us. Our Company is heading into the future with renewed energy and we look forward to delivering new and improved boats that everyone can enjoy.'
