CANBERA (dpa-AFX) - The Reserve Bank of Australia will on Tuesday release the minutes from its December 5 monetary policy meeting, highlighting a modest day for Asia-Pacific economic activity.
At the meeting, the RBA kept its benchmark lending rate unchanged at the record low 1.50 percent. The interest rate has been at this level since August 2016.
New Zealand will see December results for the business confidence survey and activity outlook from ANZ; in November, their scores were -39.3 and +6.5, respectively.
Japan will release final November numbers for machine tool orders; the previous reading called for a jump of 46.9 percent on year.
