Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - October 2, 2018) - American CuMo Mining Corporation (TSXV: MLY) (OTC Pink: MLYCF) ("CuMoCo" or the "Company") reports that as a result of a review by the British Columbia Securities Commission, the Company is issuing the following news release to clarify its disclosure.
The Company commissioned and distributed a report titled "American CuMo Mining Corporation: Summary and Conclusion" from Kareg Research, New York, dated September 17, 2018 (the "Research Report"). The author of the Research Report incorrectly used the term "mineral reserves" on page 31 of the Research Report and such disclosure thereby constituted a first time disclosure by the Company of mineral reserves. In addition, such incorrect disclosure of mineral reserves was not made in compliance with sections 2.2 and 3.4 of National Instrument 43-101. The Company advises that there have been no mineral reserves identified at any of its mining projects to date, and the Company hereby retracts the disclosure set out in the Research Report.
