NNIT and PFA extend and expand collaboration with focus on agility and innovation
NNIT extends nine years of collaboration with Denmark's largest pension company and signs new contract about digital transformation for approximately half a billion Danish Krone.
Copenhagen, October 3, 2018 - NNIT A/S, a leading provider of IT services and consultancy, announces that it has signed an extension of its agreement with PFA, the largest commercial pension company in Denmark with more than DKK 500 billion under management and 1.2 million customers.
Over the next five years, NNIT A/S will continue to deliver global IT infrastructure and operations as well as consultancy to PFA and thus provide the digital services and infrastructure that enable PFA to cost-efficiently strengthen its customer service and supports the company's agile transformation.
The agreement marks the continuation of a nine-year-long collaboration, which was initiated in March 2009. The estimated total value of the agreement amounts to approximately half a billion DKK.
Furthermore, the renewed agreement will include application management and a stronger focus on agile development and DevOps (https://www.nnit.com/Business-Solutions/devops) to help the organization's continuous development and delivery of competitive services.
NNIT will assume 16 employees from PFA, who will be welcomed in NNIT's headquarter offices in Soeborg by approximately 1,600 colleagues there and more than 3,100 colleagues globally.
Senior Vice President at NNIT Jacob Hahn Michelsen says about the agreement:

The agreement is effective as of January 1 2019 and runs until end 2023, replacing the existing agreement. Transition and replacement of employees will take place during October 2018.
