TOKYO (dpa-AFX) - Japan will on Monday release retail sales figures for September, highlighting a light day for Asia-Pacific economic activity.
In August, retail sales were up 2.7 percent on year and a seasonally adjusted 0.9 percent on month. Sales from large retailers were down an annual 0.1 percent.
Singapore will provide September numbers for producer prices; in August, producer prices were up 0.3 percent on month and 12.7 percent on year.
