HONG KONG (dpa-AFX) - Japan will on Monday see preliminary November results for the manufacturing PMI from Nikkei, headlining a modest day for Asia-Pacific economic activity. In October, the PMI score was 52.9.
Japan also will see final September figures for its leading and coincident indexes; their previous scores were 103.9 and 114.6, respectively.
New Zealand will release Q3 figures for retail sales; in the three months prior, retail sales climbed 1.1 percent on quarter.
Hong Kong will provide October numbers for imports, exports and trade balance. In September, imports were worth HKD422.68 billion and exports were at HKD374.96 billion for a trade deficit of HKD47.72 billion.
Singapore will release October data for industrial production; in September, production was down 4.9 percent on month and 0.2 percent on year.
