WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - Vornado Realty Trust (VNO) announced a profit for its fourth quarter that rose from last year.
The company's earnings came in at $100.49 million, or $0.53 per share. This compares with $27.32 million, or $0.14 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.
Excluding items, Vornado Realty Trust reported adjusted earnings of $50.99 million or $0.27 per share for the period.
Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.37 per share, according to figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
