UDR, Inc. Q4 adjusted earnings of $0.46 per share

WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - UDR, Inc. (UDR) announced earnings for its fourth quarter that advanced from the same period last year.

The company's profit totaled $81.17 million, or $0.30 per share. This compares with $68.36 million, or $0.25 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.

Excluding items, UDR, Inc. reported adjusted earnings of $137.06 million or $0.46 per share for the period.

The company's revenue for the quarter rose 5.8% to $267.67 million from $252.88 million last year.
