At the end of today's hearing, the Paris Commercial Court ordered the opening of a judicial liquidation procedure with cessation of business against Cellnovo Group SA (Paris:CLNV) ("Cellnovo", or the "Company" - CLNV: EN Paris) and appointed the law firm SCP BTSG, in the person of Mr. Stéphane Gorrias as a judicial liquidator.
The trading of the Company's shares remains suspended.
