ICHOR Coal N.V.: Changes in supervisory board composition

Having been a valued member and Chairman of Ichor Coal N.V.'s supervisory board since 29 December 2011, Lars Windhorst has tendered his resignation from the board with effect from 21 May 2019.

The supervisory and management boards of Ichor Coal N.V. wish to thank Lars for his substantial contribution to and support for the company over the years.

Tarek Malak has been elected as Chairman of the supervisory board with effect from 3 June 2019. Tarek joined the supervisory board on 4 November 2015.
