(TSXV: BEE) (OTCQB: BEVVF) (the "Company" or "BVT") announces that the Company has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") to extend the term of 1,961,000 common share purchase warrants currently set to expire on September 19, 2019 (the "Warrants") to September 19, 2020. The Warrants were originally issued pursuant to a private placement of units completed by the Company on September 19, 2017. The exercise price of the Warrants will remain at $0.35.
The amendment to extend the expiry date of the Warrants to September 19, 2020 is subject to the approval of the TSXV.
