Cool Holdings Inc.'s stock was suspended on November 8, 2019 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time. Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the common stock and warrant of Attis Industries Inc. Attis Industries Inc.'s common stock and warrant were suspended on November 18, 2019 and have not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the common stock of Internet Gold Golden Lines Ltd. Internet Gold Golden Lines Ltd.'s stock was suspended on December 2, 2019 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the warrant of AdaptHealth Corp. AdaptHealth Corp.'s warrant was suspended on December 6, 2019 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Nasdaq will file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to complete the delisting for each of these companies. The delistings become effective ten days after the Form 25 is filed.
