ICHOR Coal N.V.: Resignation of Ichor Coal Chief Executive Officer

After nearly 6.5 years with the company, Nonkululeko Nyembezi has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Management Board of Ichor Coal N.V. with effect from 30 June 2020.

The Supervisory Board wishes to thank Ms Nyembezi for her contribution to the company and wishesher well for the future.

The Supervisory Board is pleased to announce that Mr Reinhardt van Wyk will be appointed as temporary representative with effect from 1 July 2020. Reinhardt is a Chartered Accountant by trade and has been part of the Ichor Coal structure for several years.

The Board will be finalising the formal appointment of Mr van Wyk as Chief Executive Officer in the coming weeks.
