Bolivia has launched a second international call, after a first attempt failed in 2019, to seek potential investors for its huge lithium resources.From pv magazine LatAm Bolivia has announced plans to resume lithium extraction, according to a statement issued by the Ministry of Hydrocarbons and Energy and state-owned Yacimientos de Litio Bolivianos (YLB) last week.
