The directors of the Company confirm they have received a request dated 5thJuly 2021 seeking to requisition an Extraordinary General Meeting for the shareholders of the Company to consider an Ordinary Resolution to change the Company's Investment Policy.
The Board is reviewing the content of the request with its advisers and a further announcement will be made in due course.
