Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - August 24, 2021) - Canadian Silver Hunter Inc. (TSXV: AGH.H) ("Canadian Silver Hunter" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that permitting has been approved for Company's planned drill program at the Lost Dog property in Denton Township west of Timmins, Ontario. Rock, soil and till sample assay results have also been received by the Company.
Results from the soil sample programs identified five clusters of anomalous values on the property. Anomalous values in gold, silver, copper, lead and zinc provided excellent targets for follow up work. Just over 500 samples were collected on the property. Highlights included analysis results of 112 ppb gold, 13 g/t (ppm) silver, and another sample that returned 416 ppm copper (CSH PR, February 09, 2021).
Past geophysical surveys have identified a consistent magnetic low that crosses the property associated with Induced Polarization chargeability anomalies. The magnetic low may be an expression of an extension or splay of the Destor Porcupine Fault that has been linked to numerous gold deposits in the prolific Timmins Gold Camp. Drill targets for the upcoming program will be identified using these geophysical and soil geochemical survey results.
Drilling on the Lost Dog property will commence in early September 2021.
