MEXICO CITY, Sept. 22, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Grupo LALA, S.A.B. de C.V., a Mexican company focused on the healthy food industry ("LALA") (BMV: LALAB), today announced that Casa de Bolsa BBVA Bancomer S.A. de C.V., Grupo Financiero BBVA Bancomer, acting as intermediary, published the results of the tender offer initiated by Trust number 410541-7, as Offeror, for up to all the Lala "B" outstanding shares, representing approximately 25% of Grupo LALA's outstanding shares at the date of the offer. A copy of the results' notice, in Spanish, is available in the investors' section of Grupo LALA website.
Based on the count by the intermediary, 565,402,873 LALA shares were tendered and were accepted by the offeror. As a result, the Offeror, including affiliates and related, would be the direct or indirect holder of 99.6% of the total outstanding shares of LALA.
