(TSXV: SPRQ) (the "Company" or the "Resulting Issuer") is pleased to announce that the common shares in the capital of Company (the "Common Shares") and the common share purchase warrants issued on December 31, 2021 (the "Warrants") will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") following completion of its qualifying transaction at the open of the market on January 7, 2022. The Common Shares will trade under the symbol "SPRQ" and the Warrants will trade under the symbol "SPRQ.WT".
