Following the resolution adopted by the General Meeting of O2 Czech Republic a.s. (hereinafter "the Company"), on the request of the principal shareholder pursuant to Section 375 of Act No. 90/2012 Coll. Prague Stock Exchange has announced that the Company's shares will be delisted from trading on the Prime Market organized by Prague Stock Exchange with effect from 25 February 2022. The last trading day will therefore be 24 February 2022.
