LONDON (dpa-AFX) - Helical Plc. (HLCL.L), a property investment and development company, reported Tuesday that its fiscal 2022 IFRS profit after tax increased to 88.9 million pounds from last year's 17.9 million pounds.
IFRS basic earnings per share were 72.8 pence, compared to 14.8 pence a year ago.
EPRA earnings per share were 5.2 pence, compared to loss of 1.8 pence last year.
Revenue climbed to 51.15 million pounds from last year's 38.60 million pounds.
Further, the company said its the Board will be recommending to Shareholders a final dividend of 8.25p per share, an increase of 11.5 percent on last year. If approved by Shareholders at the 2022 AGM, the total dividend for the year will be 11.15p, up 10.4 percent on 2021.
Looking ahead, the company said it is optimistic that successful track record of outperforming the market and delivering strong financial returns will continue.
Separately, Helical announced that it has simultaneously exchanged and completed contracts on the sale of Trinity in Manchester, to clients of Mayfair Capital, for 34.55 million pounds.
