The delisting on SIX will take place on 1st June 2022. The last trading day on SIX is Tuesday, 31st May 2022.
In connection with the delisting and in consideration of the lack of liquidity post delisting, remaining shareholders are urged to consider selling their shares on the stock market before the delisting takes place.
