(NASDAQ: UNTY), parent company of Unity Bank, reported net income of $9.5 million, or $0.88 per diluted share, for the quarter ended June 30, 2022, a 12.3% increase compared to net income of $8.4 million, or $0.80 per diluted share for the prior year's second quarter. For the six months ended June 30, 2022, Unity reported net income of $18.6 million, or $1.74 per diluted share, a 9.7% increase compared to $16.9 million or $1.60 per diluted share for the prior year's period.
