LONDON (dpa-AFX) - Britvic plc (BVIC), an international soft drinks business on Tuesday said its Chief Financial Officer Joanne Wilson has tendered her resignation in order to take up the role of CFO at global media firm WPP next year.
Joanne will remain CFO until May 2023, when the notice period ends.
The company is on the look for Joanne's replacement.
Shares of Britvic were last traded at 748 pence, up 4 pence or 0.54 percent from the previous close.
