North Sydney, Australia--(Newsfile Corp. - November 21, 2022) - Australia-based mobile messaging technology platform Soprano Design announces the launch of its new security feature for enterprise customers. The feature is a fraud prevention and detection API intended to enhance the security of their client's customers across the globe. It allows enterprises to proactively protect their users who have compromised phones. The security feature prevents the users from receiving fraudulent critical messages like one-time passwords in particular. It also extends protection to any number of different communications.
The new fraud prevention and detection API applies to SIM swapping, roaming fraud and suspicious call forwarding among others use cases. These fraud checks can be assigned a 'weighting' to assess the risk associated with the activity. Users can choose to check for one or many of the Fraud vectors. The service is accessed via a secure API to assess the risk and to determine the course of action based on that risk.
"Our international connectivity, and high volumes allow us to build sophisticated models to add value and meaning to each and every interaction passing through the Soprano platform. Our models allow our users to set risk rules to apply on each and every message. An example would be "Send OTP only to destinations with a risk less than Y". Obviously this is critical for sensitive data such as OTP, health notifications (appointments, medical adherence, results), finance notifications (credit card usage, fraud detection) or sensitive government notifications," says Jane White, Product Marketing Manager at Soprano Design.
Soprano Design utilizes the communications potential of its enterprise and government customers. It uses the latest mobile and AI technology to design communications that assure positive emotional experiences for customers and citizens. Their technology improves project success and assures data security in this privacy and digital transformation world. Soprano provides global connectivity to mobile devices, access to its Soprano Connect portal to manage the delivery of communications and leverages artificial intelligence to improve customer and employee experiences.
