Roger Brown and Rod Schultz join as Chief Operating Officer and SVP, Product, respectively. Additionally, Ron Zoran joins as a member of the Board of Directors, and Arthur Stark has been brought in as a strategic advisor.

Roger Brown - Chief Operating Officer
Brown joined DUST after 20 years at T-Mobile, where, as a member of the marketing leadership team, he led multiple large-scale functions, including customer management, device portfolio, supply chain, and device products. Before T-Mobile, Brown spent several years in business consulting with Arthur Andersen LLP after earning his MBA from the University of Washington.
Rod Schultz - SVP, Product
For nearly 25 years, Schultz has held engineering and product roles at Cisco, Apple, Adobe, and, most recently, Zoom. As he grew his career at these companies, he developed expertise in designing and building systems that enable business models and SaaS applications to be distributed, protected, and monetized. Most recently, in 2020, during the height of the pandemic, Schultz joined Zoom as Head of Product Security and Privacy. He set the vision and roadmap for security and privacy for products, infrastructure, marketplace applications, and data protection to meet the company's growing demands as it became the connectivity fabric of society during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Ron Zoran - Board Member
Zoran brings over 20 years of security experience to the DUST Identity community. He has held several positions at CyberArk since its inception, overseeing the company's growth from a startup to a multi-billion dollar publicly traded company. Most recently, he served as CyberArk's Chief Revenue Officer, leading the company's global sales function.
Arthur Stark - Advisor
Stark concluded a 40-year career as President of Bed Bath & Beyond in 2018 upon being unanimously elected to a pro bono role in a global advocacy organization. Stark is the founder and chairman of Stark Enterprises LLC, a strategic advisory and venture capital practice advising the founders and CEOs of various companies concerning business development, market positioning, organizational design, strategy, and funding. He also holds Senior Advisory Board positions for Jefferies and Vintage Partners.
