Formulafirst Ltd. has applied that all on the SIX Swiss Exchange listed 9'000'000 bearer shares (Swiss security number 1 462 983 / ISIN VGG3637V1094) with a par value of CHF 0.01 each will be delisted. SIX Exchange Regulation AG (SER) has agreed to the application. The last trading day will be on December 15, 2022 and the delisting was determined for December 16, 2022. The professional market making by the Helvetische Bank, Zurich, guarantees a minimum liquidity after the delisting from the SIX Swiss Exchange.
