("Ocean"), a next-generation biopharma company announced today that AEHA has filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") a definitive proxy statement ("Definitive Proxy Statement") in connection with its proposed business combination (the "Business Combination" or the "Transaction") with Ocean and with respect to the special meeting of Aesther's stockholders ("Special Meeting") scheduled to be held on February 3, 2023.
