Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - March 17, 2023) - Deveron Corp. (TSXV: FARM) ("Deveron" or the "Company"), a leading agriculture service and data company in North America, announces that it has agreed to settle an aggregate of $103,265 of indebtedness owed to an arm's length creditor of the Company through the issuance of an aggregate of 295,043 common shares (each, a "Common Share") of the Company at a deemed price of $0.35 per Common Share (the "Debt Settlement"). The Debt Settlement remains subject to receipt of all necessary corporate and regulatory approvals, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. All securities issued in connection with the Debt Settlement will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months plus a day from the date of issuance in accordance with applicable securities legislation.
