Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - June 20, 2023) - On May 25th 2023, the first inaugural Canadian Out-of-Home Awards commenced and brands, agencies, and out-of-home (OOH) operators were celebrated industry-wide for their strategic use of the OOH medium. With an attendance of over 400 guests, the gala provided extensive opportunities for big brands and agencies to connect with media owners and operators. Presenters included Amanda Dorenberg, President of COMMB, Justin Senior, Co-Founder of POCAM (People of Colour in Advertising and Marketing), Alison Simpson, President & CEO of the Canadian Marketing Association, and Michele Erskine, CEO of OUTFRONT Canada, alongside category presenters from both operator and agency sides of the OOH industry.
The venue used a display of lasers, atmospheric lights, projections, and the showcasing of partner logos from Derooted Immersive.

The red-carpet experience included 360-degree photo booth proffered a platform for immortalizing memories, a DJ, and culinary offerings and signature cocktails.
