In connection with the focusing on the US market and the consequent correction of the business plan, Clevon is partially reorganizing workforce resources in Estonia and partially laying-off employees.
As of Today, Clevon submitted the initial collective termination notice to the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund to terminate the employment contracts of 15 employees. The final number of laid-off employees will be determined after the end of the negotiation period. As of the day of submitting the application to the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund, Clevon has concluded employment contracts with a total of 84 employees.
The proposed changes are necessary to optimize Clevon's finances and resources to realize Clevon's revised business plan. The structure of the group and its management will not change as a result of the restructuring.
