RESULT OF EGM

DUBLIN: 26 October 2023 - IMC Exploration Group plc (LSE: IMC) is pleased to announce that further to its announcement dated 2 October 2023, all Resolutions were duly passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held today.

The Acquisition is now expected to proceed to Completion, and Admission of the New Ordinary Shares to the standard segment of the FCA Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities is expected to occur, and dealings are expected to commence on the London Stock Exchange, at 8:00 a.m. on 1 November 2023.

Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the prospectus (the "Prospectus") dated 29 September 2023 and published by the Company.
