The latest addition to Groupe Berkem's "Hygiene Protection" business area, Novaterm® is specifically designed for termite control professionals. This new product represents a dual innovation in the world of trap systems: firstly, by providing termite control professionals with greater independence and efficiency via an application loaded onto their smartphone, enabling them to optimize their travel and control the quantities of traps and biocides they need to manage. Secondly, Novaterm® incorporates Synerkem® technology, a plant-based booster developed by Groupe Berkem which significantly reduces the amount of conventional biocides in the formulation, while guaranteeing the same level of performance.
The Group's product range for pest control professionals is thus strengthened with this new innovative solution that meets the naturalness and performance objectives that are driving this sector of activity. This launch echoes that of Termifuge K, a liquid anti-termite treatment launched by Groupe Berkem in April 2023, which addressed the same issues by providing preventive pre-construction protection against termites for buried or semi-buried concrete structures, waterproofing of concrete substructures and protection against corrosion.
